Sport Class Qualification

1) Pilot not ranked in the top 20 USHPA NTSS (open class) or the top 200 WPRS in the last three years;
2) King posted gliders only, with gliders handicapped as below;

3) Experienced competition open class pilots are encouraged to continue flying in open class and strongly discouraged from flying in sport class which is designed to promote the growth of the sport by encouraging new and less experienced pilots (or pilots without the highest performance equipment) to take a chance on competition.
